A 1 defence pure could do it, but not recommended as he would need a lot of food

There is no def level, no reqs at all just members. But I would recommend you to have at least 60 Defence. no need to bank, you use BTP tabs

Yeah you can do it on a 1 def pure, it's just you may get a little less exp like 35k exp per hour and you will use a lot more BTP tabs

He doesn't quite seem to know what he is talking about since he mentioned "the barrows place is bad since its always crowded" so you're saying barrows is a possible location but its always crowded? Even if barrows HAS random events now.
