he then decides that he will try and get an extra 20 usd from me by saying that it "takes 20 usd from him". so he says to me that i must send him 370 usd.
i tell him to log out of his account, he says no, sets recoveries, blocks me, and now im guessing he is recovering account.

 

I noticed on last pic there was a whole lot of text left by looking at the scroller.

Mind showing the rest? We wouldn't have known that he scammed unless you showed all of the convo.
