Need help with laptop- D:..

My Inspiron 1525 Dell I've had is fucked up, lol. I'm on it right now, but the memory is maxed out, 18.3gb left out of 200gb., so when I rune some programs, like lets say rsbot, it will shut down and reboot after about 20 minutes of running it(it crashes basically), and I have all my discs from when I got the computer.
I tried putting the reinstallation dvd in it and it justdoesnt do anything.. I'm about to try reinstalling some drivers maybe? S:

:stake it to a computer place?:S Perhaps it's some sort of virus?
Get AVG, Avast!, Malware Bytes, Spybot S&D (Never click the ads on google when you search for this stuff, bound to be a virus) and go to safe mode, and run these at different times. Might take a night/day.

 

Could be system protection. Check your system temp. make sure its not getting to hot. If it is your computer will self shutdown to save your hardware.(sometimes). if its getting to hot i recommend you take it to a tech to make sure fans are functioning properly. and to wipe your hard-drive and start from scratch you need to go into bios and make your cd-rom your priority boot device... might wanna google somethings to make sure your doing it right

 

When was the last time that you did a minor dustcheck? My friend had this problem. While SpeedFan was running, he opened a game. Immediately the temperature rocketed up to 90 degrees and then his computer crashed. Dust could be your problem.

 

I would reinstall windows / restore to factory settings... And check the dust thing....
