How they scammed:I went first smaller amount to verify then "confirmations were taking a bit and he showed the cash and had vouches so i sent the rest so we could do the trade quicker and he left.

Hello, not quite sure we've talked before, and these chat messages are from 12/18. I dont recall this interaction, ill check with my brother as we both have access. I dont even have an active btc wallet as I've stopped trading for cryptos and accept payment from trusted sources only. Based on the screenshots provided no BTC wallet was even communicated, so how was it sent?

 

Through btc wallet you deleted the chat afterwards knowing how would I have relplicated these and have proof of everything.your a scam... pay me what you owe or deal with the truth.

 

I honestly feel like somethings being done to set me up here.

I'll leave this for mods to review, if they decide I'm responsible for this, ill refund via another method as I don't own/have BTC and currently my GP stock is depleted.

Edit brother replied via text that he had someone try to double spend vs him this night and he sold 3b to another party. I wish he would have documented this for evidence, for such a case as this, a month later someone claiming scam? I don't see any evidence of receipt of BTC to the coin base wallet. If a mod deems this our mistake and us liable ill repay the proven amount.

 

Lol yeah right I was trying to buy some gold for Christmas haven’t used sythe a ton and wasn’t quite thorough on everything I should’ve been and it was last at night that night. I should’ve taken more screen shots sooner and I’m busy so I didn’t have time to figure out posting pictures sooner. Hence the reason I wanted to use PayPal in the beginning. There would have been proof of everything not this stupid crypto stuff that there is no transaction history. I am more worried about stopping people like you because this is terrible fraud. And while I can live without it obviously, it’s been this long. You deserve to have your account ip banned or to atleast make it right and I won’t even be mad. In real life this would be a felony and I could call the police and have them trace your ip if I really wanted. its funny how much I message you and you never reply but I post this and you post before the moderators to “defend yourself” hope this isn’t your livelihood kid. I could honestly ruin you.

Yet there is no btc address from the conversations, so how were you waiting for confirmations without posting a btc address? Unless of course it was deleted.
