hey i need help to get 60 defense on my level 56...

but it is taken ages!!!

any ideas how i can get it up?

What are your str, attack? Maybe i will help you out. And are you p2p or f2p ?

Hog goblins beside crafting guild, if the'yr not gonn enough for you go for guards beside edgeville. There are loads of them. Hope i helped.

Train at minotaurs or skeletons in the security stronghold, they drop alot iron/steel arrows.

Perhaps you could stick to training. The only way you'll get 60 Defence is if you train, and therefore, you should train.

Pest Control / SoulWars is a fast way to train.
If not for your level, try experiments or something.
