Sharing my level 3 rsc account with someone trustworthy.

Well I like rsc, but I can't be asked to train at all. So I have this level 3 rsc account that I've had for a while it has members, if your willing to train it for the most part I'm willing to share it free of charge. It has absolutely nothing on it and no skills have been raised. If you have a higher leveled rsc account that you would like to trade for this level 3 (I don't know why) we might be able to work something out there too.

Like I said, I'm looking for someone with a decent amount of vouches or trust here seeing looking around it looks like level 3 rsc accounts are pretty uncommon.
