    I don't know who he is vading, but he has been twc'ed for no home ip for over a month.

    Just keeps bumping his account which he is selling way to cheap. Its obvious that this man only has one goal and that is to scam. Also renewed his selling thread for some reason.
    A dnt would be nice.

    An IP Audit returns no other accounts nor any fluctuations in IP. He has a TWC, and frankly that's the highest level of caution we can fairly give a user without there being more substantial evidence that they're trying to scam or evading a twc/dnt/ban.
