how do you recover a stolen password when you dont know current recs?

 

You should fill out most of the answers in the recover stolen password appeal. If you know the IP you made the account from, the first 2-3 passwords, when you first was member, and when you made the account your almost guaranteed.

EDIT: And of course, older recoveries and older accepted tracking ID's.

 

What if its some what close to the old recs?

 

Since Jagexes customer support is going trough all the recovery appeals I think they will use common sense when they are accepting/denying applications.
