    Ok so there was a guy called rich rune who spammed alot and got banned now theres an acc called rich x rune and it also spams ip check please

    Rich Rune and Rich x Rune are the same person, but Rich Rune isn't banned. He has an expired temp ban, but hasn't logged in since it expired, so the red label hasn't gone away yet.

    Since he's not breaking any rules by having a new account, locked.
