    I think that pretty much proves he's a scammer, you'd better report him on sythe and report him to your local authorities. You could him into a lot of trouble. I've heard of ppl doing this sorta stuff, and I know that the police got involved and some 13 year old kid got arrested and warned. I bet his parents weren't very impressed... -.-
