Suspended pending expulsion

So I've had a "run in" with a teacher and they've accused me of assulting them (which I haven't). They're trying to press assult charges on me, and so the school has suspended me pending the outcome. If it turns out they believe the teacher, I'm expelled. If they believe me I'll resume class as per normal. I'm actually really stressed as I've been telling the truth about the story, but the other teachers haven't been believing me at all. I suppose I could get an enrolement in another school before I get expelled..

 

Have you tried contacting a lawyer?

Nope, because I didn't feel it would come to the point of hiring one. I could end up using a lawyer though..

 

You need help. Seems they aren't beleiving you at all, get a lawyer or something, you don't want to get expelled for something you didn't do.

 

What happened ?

 

I considered dumping a gallon of water on one of my teachers put this is one of those things to makes me reconsider.

If the teacher says he assaulted him, that's all the evidence they need. It's not a murder case.

 

It's always the teachers word over the students, so that is why that wouldn't help. It'd just make me look like a bigger idiot than I do now.

 

the teachers have more power than you will ever have. if they say something happened, it happened. especially if they are on their 10year

 

Ask for physical proof, ask for a motive, and ask were there any witnesses.

After all that and they find you innocent, cuss the teacher out, and tell him/her GF.

 

If you have the money, I would hire a lawyer. I would make this a big case just to piss the school admin off.
(This actually happened to one of my schoolmates. His family brought this to the newspapers and everything just to prove his innocence.)

 

Sounds like the teacher is a total fuck. If the charges are dropped sue the bitch.

There's nothing more to do. It's not fair how the teacher's word is more important.

Although you could try contacting a lawyer and taking it into court. I mean, at that stage of the law, nothing can be given or taken without solid proof.

If they have no proof, They can't do shit.

 

It would help if you tell us what happened because to me it just looks like you're trying to get sympathy from people without telling them what really happened.
