Starting a F2P Skiller Clan?

I'm just wondering, I know there's not a lot of skiller chats out there anyway, the only ones I'm aware of are Blizful( Don't remember name ) and TheSkillChat.

I've decided to attempt to create my own skill chat, ranks being based on loyalty, length of time in the clan, and coming to events.

If anyone would like to do this, please PM me, if I get a good 5-10+ people. I'll start everything up and running! Thanks

Level 3s - 100 to be ranked. (must be 10hp unless 99hp pure, or accidental 11hp)
Anyone can join the chat though,

I already have an account for the clan chat, I'm just waiting to see if more people will be wanting to join it.

I have a level 3 skiller with 12 hp.... Never been mem.. :]

But I've been botting on it for the past 3 months.
