cxaiver - Scammer/Ripper

His banner that he is using.
I DID NOT give him permission to use this. As you can see my watermark is still over it.

He messaged me asking if I could make him a banner and that he'd pay for it.
So I made him a banner, and previewed it to him with my watermark over it.

He then messaged me back saying he'd get the money in an hour. He never got the money and never messaged me back after that.

Then I came across his thread and noticed he was using it without my permission.

He obviously planned to do this or else he would not of used the banner in his thread.
I messaged him a second time asking if he had money yet a while ago and still no reply. Yet the forums show he has been active after I sent him the message.
So therefore if he sees this report he can't pull the "oh sorry I didn't know I couldn't use this".
