Charged with assualt

Alright, I'm in the exact same situation that you are in. All you have to do is say he spit in your face. Simple as that.

 

Have you done something similar to this in the past? If so, your punishment will be worse. If it is the first time you have done something like this nothing serious will happen.

lolol i dont think if your 14 you can go to jail...same thing happend at my school, my friend decked a kid, and shattered his nose, and some of his cheek, the kids mom tried to press charges, and the police said eff that lol...

Well to be honest you shouldn't have hit the kid, but it doesn't sound serious enough for assualt charges to be laid. I've been in a similar predicument myself, because I accidently tapped a teacher while I ran past them, and I was then looking at assualt charges and a good behavior bond. It's not pretty, I'll give you that much..
