    body question

Really its a question about getting rid of a bloated stomach.

I'm a 5'9'' male, about 10-11 months ago i weighed 230-240 pounds but now I'm down to 142 pounds. However, my stomach still seems big because of bloating which I assume has to do with my weight loss. Does anybody have any knowledge about how to get rid of my bloating, whether its by eating certain things or taking certain medications, etc?

    Any info is appreciated.

certain should only be taken in sets, I do it for about 2-3 week sets about 12-16 work outs with the same amount of does, the next day drink the same oz as your weight, you weigh 142lb drink 8-10 glasses of water though out the day. also certain alone will not help with muscle gain you can "pack" the water weight in with protein, for maximum effectiveness. I only recommend you do it for spring training, per season, certain can really mess you up if you take it for a long time.

You lost 100 pounds? In a few months? Am I the only one that sees how unhealthy this is? I highly doubt you had 100 lbs. of fat, you probably lost a ton of muscle in that time period... the only way to lose that kind of weight is to go on an extremely unhealthy crash diet.

But either way, you most likely lost a lot of muscle, so do ab workouts and you should lose some of the bloated feeling. Talk to me if you have any questions about nutrition, workouts, etc.

    body question

none of these guys have a clue what they're talking about. 142 pounds at 5 11 is fairly light, I doubt you have much of a ponch unless you have little muscle in your arms and legs.

Diet wise there are several things you can do to speed up your metabolism, taking creatine ISN'T one of them. Drinking large amounts of water and eating high fibre food is (#1s and 2s more often) Try to maintain a high protein, high carb, low fat, low sugar diet. Complex carbs are good such as pastas while all that sugary stuff isn't. Avoid processed goods and the fat from dairy products is fine, just cut to 1% milk because it's as low as you can get and still maintain the taste.

Could you explain how you went about losing the weight? Was it diet and exercise or just controlled and minimal eating? I wouldn't recommend medication but there are multiple sites which have doctor advise on these situations.

My guess is that it's sodium related, so try to cut down on the processed foods.

you don't have a nice body you're a scronny cracker

I'd reccomend you don't indulge on chocolate/sweets because this will only make the process regress. I'd say the best method would be go for a walk/run daily, and do sit ups.

It's fairly concerning that you lost that much weight in a short period of time was you eating properly because crash dieting WILL do more harm then good.

To get a good stomach you need to eat healthy(no mc donalds), exercise regularly(do some light jogging just keep active) and do some sit ups and crunches. Because its fat it will burn slowly but it will eventually go.

Avoid things like 10 minute abs all you need to do is be active and it will gradually burn away.
