Either way you should report him so this account gets banned. He'll be back in another 2-3 days or so with a new sythe account selling the exact same account, as this has been going on for months and he always scams and recovers before his sythe account can get banned, so yes I agree with the core, you might want to open and file something with jagex if possible to ban the account for good if you truly got scammed and have the proof.
