Should also mention, the account is not recovered. it is locked because of the buyers actions.

 

a password change and a email change on that account is not a lock, but a recovery.

 

Account did get locked, cause of the 2 password recoverys, i showed the pictures of the 2 emails comming in at 5:05pm.

After that email and pass has been changed, also that have been told multiple times.

It's good to know it's still in your possession. I will finish reviewing the information. Being that it's in your possession I will lift the temporary DNT @ludde110 received.

I have received information from both of you that makes it unclear that a recovery attempt actually happened. It seems more likely that when you changed the RSN and then subjected the account to skilling (which introduces foreign IPs to the account logs), it was flagged for suspicious activity and locked.

I will report if any additional information is pertinent to this report.
