    He trained the accounts, and only me and him knew the passwords like why would i “fake” a report or something don’t have time for that.

    The customer also had the information, did he not? Either way this isn't valid enough. I'm more curious on what may have happened on your previous report, a buyer claimed the account you sold him already had an email set, you never checked before hand, so maybe your worker set the email? I'm sure that's what happened.
