It isn't bad at all, I like what you were approaching here. However, the brushing color should have been changed to meet the Optimus Prime's tone. The text, I'm not a fan of though.

 

I'm not enjoying the smudging much in this one, but as always, your pentooling is superb.

 

I don't like the grungy smudging.

 

Not my style, but you did a good job.

I like the smudging. Except on the text .
Take the XS off, it looks stupid.

Flow's nice, though there's not really clear lighting, and the smudge on the right hand side is too out of place, and gathers attention. Try to subtle it out a bit, lower opacity, different alyer style or blur.

There's too much negative space on the left as well, you could try to put XS there to even it out.
