xxwreckdxx.. went from temp ban to perm..?

Right, So i got banned for "scamming".

But, I didnt, I was making a deal with a person in exchanging 1 pin for 2$+1M.

He already sent 2$, but i decided to back out of trade because he was a sketchy person, so i said i would refund his money.

My comp crashed, and was gone for 1 H O U R.

On returning, i got multiple threats from this person, and to find out he hacked BOTH my msns. So i refunded his money, but chose to keep my msns.

SO I INFACT RETURNED HIS MONEY.

Then i made a new msn, messaged him, and said your money is returned now give me my msns, now he was a little girl about it and said he wanted not 1 but TWO pins for my msns back?.. LOL?..

So we got into a fight and i said "W/E keep the msns" and he choose to get me ban with probally the fakest proof that said i took his money but INFACT returned it..

I am very upset with this.. could i please talk to the Moderator who banned me...? Thanks..
