Malicano Is a Scammer! Paypal Proof etc

Hello,
Malicano is a scammer.
He posted a thread selling pins:

and he added me on msn.
I paid him 5.50 for 2 pins, he gave me fake pins and blocked me on msn.

Really sad when someone scams $5.50...

 

Do you have versions of the first two images with the email showing in them?

 

Well, I have the new msn, and when someone is added in It doesn't say who started the conversation so it would say the person who's added in because he left.. so I had to crop.

I can send you the msn plus chat logs if you want.. and just look at the paypal and the pm he sent me.

He's a scammer... a really good one too.

 

Chat logs aren't proof. Unfortunately, cropped chat logs prove nothing if there's no email to tie it to, so all we have is you sending him $5.50, a PM saying "hi", and a random MSN window that doesn't really prove anything. If you have further proof, post it on here; what I have right now is inconclusive.

 

what about the chat of him giving me the 2 pins, and both pins don't work >.>? his msn is in the top left there.

 

I think the proof is good enough
requesting further input :S

 

Unfortunately, a PM saying "hi" does not prove that his MSN is [email protected]. That PM could have been sent to verify any address.

If you can find further proof linking him to that MSN, then he'll be banned.
