vBulletin Custom Username Images?

The admins and mod's usernames are all custom... For example Finniscool, Tgump, Verts, etc all don't have text for their usernames, it's an image. I was wondering if this is a plugin to do this, or how you would go about doing this, because i want to do it for my vb site.

 

go to your cpanel and insert all the images as you wish into the image folder of your vB folder then go to your vB admin control panel and look around for them they should be in there and its pretty simple from there.

 

You need to get a mod....

Sythe uses a custom one written by Matthew I think, but the above thing works....
