paypal > runescape?

im not sure if ths goes in here, but i dont know where else to put it, sythe wont let me post in education place, anyways, i tried selling my acc to some nerd, and he paid using paypal, i got him to claim and cancel and all that, and i log on my paypal an hour later and the cash is gone, it said it is being held? what does that mean? did he take it back? and if he did.. how? cause he claimed and cancelled? wth? help?

 

Claim and cancel only works for disputes such as "I didn't get the item". The person probably filed an unauthorized transaction dispute. My best advise; respond to the claim with
"This was an authorized transaction, I contacted him over the phone to confirm his location. The virtual goods were promptly given after payment. Please do an IP check to see if the IP filing the Claim is also the IP that sent the payment, and if its not, back check the IPs to a proxy. I am confident that transaction was authorized"

im not sure where i put that, and ok, thanks. but where do i put that? i was looking everywhere around site, didnt see anything and tutorials dont help at all, just says what paypal is doing. he did say it was an unauthorieed transaction though, i got an email, but how do i get it back.

 

I suggest calling paypal instead of filing one.
