Regarding bans

So correct me if I am wrong current bans will expire in a year? Like rwt and botting etc

 

yes , they expire and it will be the same as u never gotten them

No, that is INCORRECT. Don't post contradicting information.

RWT bans and bug abuse bans will remain on the account and you'll still be banned, but you will have the option of an appeal. These are considered serious offences and thus they will NOT be removed and you will NOT be unbanned.

Minor offences now consist of spamming, macroning and account/selling. These are considered minor offences and will expire after one year that the offence was shown on the account itself. After one year, the offence will be crossed out and you'll be able to play again. The bans will still be listed on the account though, but they will not prevent you from playing.

At the moment, there are some technical issues which have just been fixed, so their is a backlog of reading appeals and allowing unbanned accounts to play once more.

 

Wow I actually just re-appealed my permanent ban on my old main.

We'll see if I get unbanned this time.

 

Guys is it just me or are the appeals taking unsually long?

 

As countless people have said, there was a technical problem in viewing evidence and thus they couldn't reply to appeals. It was only recently fixed so there is a backlog.

This information is littered on stickies on the RSOF.

 

so macroing is a minor offense?

 

couple of my accounts that were on last chances from macroing are now green zone with everything clean.
