its actually 3 twinks( typo)
a twink (in wow terms) is a character at the high end of a specific pvp bracket who has all the very best gear and enchants for that level , these characters usualy take thousands of gold to create and have much higher stats then your everyday character.
The closest comparison i can think of would be a pure in rs.
