    Dude , theres only like 10-20 accounts on runescape that never been members and have atleast 115 cmb , so even if you find one that never been members , it will cost you 1000$+ bcuz its so rare

    Accounts like these although may be hard come by, arent impossible to find.

    I happen to have a level 118 that has never been p2p but I am still keen on playing it, if i decide to sell and your still looking I will come to you first :)

    Hopefully it will be 120+ by then.
