Ok, first of all these are the stats that I train:

-Woodcutting (Must have an axe ready to go)
-Mining (Recommend that you use the best pick possible, if you want to go fast)
-Smithing (Must have all the ores/bars)
-Fishing (Must have all the fishing items ready)
-Range (Must have arrows and food ready, no arrow requirement)
-Str/Atk/Def (Must have food and a weapon ready to go)
-Cooking (Must have the food and logs for fires)
-FireMaking (Must have the logs)
-Mage (Must have all the runes and maybe some food)

I can also bot SOUL WARS for you.. This is the only service that I use my bot for, and that is on my secondary PC. Unless you request that you want me to bot your training, I will do it by hand.

If the stat is at:
1-10 then I will do 30 levels free
10-20 then I will do 20 levels free
20-30 then I will do 10 levels free
30-60 then I will do 5 levels free
60+ then I will do 2 levels free.
