Waited so LONG???????

hey i sent in my appeal on sunday may 10 its still pending until now friday may 15 what the fuck jagex whats taking so long????? any suggestions

 

RS customer support sucks, every1 knows that...its prob gonna take a few more days so be patient.

same, i put mine in the day they updated the system, mine is still pending. i'd say that if you're not already unbanned you won't be.

 

I put in a temp ban appeal like 3 days ago and it's still pending .

 

I'm having the same problem.... must be the fact of to many appeals now.

I believe they really only read Perm Ban/Last Chance appeal, so those would take much longer than ordinary offence appeals.

Just give it some time.
When Jagex opened the new appeal system, many reports were sent it from old appeals. Now they have to do all the appeals over again so just be patient. Give it a few more hours-days.

It's just the incredible flood of appeals from old accounts.

 

Thats because many players are requesting appeals... just take it easy for now.

 

It's funny how your complaining about a 5 day wait, your looking at upwards of a month depending on what rule you broke. It's not like "just a few more days," believe it or not they're actually rerunning each case for certain bans to see if they have grounds to keep you banned. Mutes and such are automated, now more serious offenses such as permanent bans for macroing are gone through and will take a while.

 

I bet they're testing all of the botting scripts to see how they would behave, and then they'll ban everyone later.
