Yes, they are very busy now and could take up to a week to answer to an appeal.

But when they expire you will be unmuted

Just a quick question.
Did you just appeal your ban with the new appeal you have, or did you go onto the forums and post in that huge thread to get your account viewed or did you do both?
Also how long did it take from when you sent the appeal to when they responded?

Well this is how it was ,
first i RECOVERED my account cuz i forgot my password.
Second , i didnt even appeal it XD
it was already like banned , and perm muted.
Then 3 days later , the day i made this thread it was unbanned but still perm muted , but it will be lifted on july 20. =D
But if your perm banned , i would use this new offence system , it really works its like Jagex actually reads your appeals for once. GL

i have like 6 accounts to get unbanned, several hundred mils will come back into the rs economy

But i just read something about accounts that were banned for bug abuse will not be unbanned, this rules out afew of my accounts
