Requirements :
-Combat 65 and up.
-One quest that almost everyone has finished. If you haven't it will take around 20 minutes to do.

*EXP POTENTIAL UPDATED!

The amount of exp varies depending on your strength level.
With 60 strength you can get around 90k-100k per hour.
With 75 strength you can get 130k+/hour.
With 90 Strength you can get 175k+!!.


You can use this method to train strength/defence/or attack.

Nope, nothing to do with the wilderness. Also, my friend that does it with me confirmed that he has gotten 110k strength exp in one hour on his pure with 75 str. The minimum you'll get is 80k. The maximum..around 150k.
