    Title says it all. Im not here to scam anyone. What do you all think, give me a chance?

    And your account name is? You gave us no information as to who you are so how are we supposed to help you...?

    It sounds like you've been banned before for scamming. If you have been banned in the past for scamming, then yes it does matter, and no you will not be given another chance.
