PaybyCash?

Ok, here's my problem. I got an unverified paypal account with some money in it, enough to buy a month of membership. I set the country as India because my country doesn't have paypal. Jagex no longer accepts payments from unverified paypal accounts but i heard somewhere that it's still possible if i choose paybycash and then paypal express checkout. So I did all that but in the end i get the message:

"Paypal has rejected your payment attempt, please select another way to pay"

I don't understand what's going on. Is there any way for me to use that money for membership? Any solution will do.

 

No, to buy with paypal you need a verified PayPal account

 

You can only use unverified paypal to buy/sell things in canada & Usa only.
