No offence, I have done it around lvl 33. It's not that hard....

 

grats man usually i see def pures with chains so i guess maybe u are the lowest

 

i did around 30-34 but the xp i got got me a few lvls

 

A lvl 4 has done it.. A lvl 17 did MM and a lvl 29 did DT

Thanks true.. for f2p at least... but for p2p you can easily get it at that low lvl because many quests dont give you any combat xp =)

tell me if im wrong but.. cant a higher lvl cast veng on you outside? while you wear recoils + sara brews to boost hp... and like that diamond necklace to restore hp..? I'm pretty sure it would be possible.. poisoning it with a iron dag (p++) im almost sure its possible at lvl 3

 

Try doing it at lvl 20

Don't see how this is rare, im sure any level could finish the dragon if you have a decent ranged/mage.
