Halo 3 Savior Dispute

Hey I was recently banned because I posted "How much" on a thread that said Selling Phisher.
Now I wasn't even serious, I just wanted to see what this kid wanted for it.
I got banned because I was "buying a phisher"
Now, did I say that I was going to buy it?
NO!
Just because I was asking how much doesn't mean I was going to buy it.
Come on now.. be serious.
I'm asking for an unban because I think this was unfair and just a misunderstanding

As I told you on MSN, there's no reason to ask for the price of something you're not interested in.

However, I'll leave this open for another opinion.

 

What Sin said. Why would you ask "How much?" on something you weren't interested in unless 1) Your intention was to spam up threads for post count or 2) You had actual intentions of buying it.

 

After a polite conversation telling him I didn't think he had learned from his mistake as he had claimed, he just started insulting me:
