Very bored; tried out PS, this is what I got.

First one is before the editing, second one is with the editing. I was really bored, and this is fail, but meh. lol.

Just wondering where you found the original image... It's a fine piece of long-exposure photography (I plan to get some shots similar on my Olympus E420 on holiday this year)

 

It's pretty good. You can probably do more than I can with photoshop seeing how I haven't touched it in so long.​

 

Color burn, i didn't use a tut i just messed around. Quite simple.

Don't exactly remember, but it was a really nice pic so i saved it, and now got PS so i'm messing around with my images lol

Didn't mess with the balance at all. Did Color Burn, look at the top left ish corner of the picture for the burn effect, and then the rest of it i burned to be red-ish. This is my first attempt in PS lol
