Barrage is an account recoverer/ban evader/scammer...

Barrage (aka "The Pimp") is an account recovering, lying ban evader that needs to be banned again.

(First, some links didn't show up well, so I double quoted them.)

On February 21st "The Pimp" (which is now Barrage since "The Pimp" got banned) made a post on ""this thread"" trying to sell the Runescape account named "Kitri".

Sometime before March 13th "Barrage" sold the account named "Kitri" to Snowboard-Ninja. On March 13, I bought the 9hp char named "Kitri" from Snowboard-Ninja. It was straight off tut-isle with no stats or quests. As evidence to my having bought the char, here is Snowboard-Ninja's vouch to me:

In April Barrage made the name "Barrage" since he had been banned on his previous Sythe accounts including "The Pimp".

On May 3rd my account (Kitri) was recovered by Barrage and posted for sale on ""this thread.""

In that thread he states "I will be providing all info you want apart from membership as I deleted the SMS pin off my phone." That is a lie. The reason he can't provide the membership info is because I was the only person to ever have a membership on that account.

Barrage actually acknowledges recovering the account and that I bought the account saying "Since Snowboard-Ninjas refunded all of his PayPal from me after getting banned I am recovering all the accounts I sold him..." Of course recovering an account that was sold is against the rules at Sythe, but I presume with proper evidence as to why the account was recovered it may be permitted. But does he provide evidence? Nope. How about when asked for evidence in the thread when I say "Please provide evidence that Snowbard-Ninja took his money back." Nope, he doesn't provide evidence then either. How about when asked AGAIN for evidence in a private message (that I still have saved if you want to view it) where I say "I would like some proof..." Nope, he provides no evidence at all. He only avoids my request by saying "Ask snowboard ninjas he'll give u the proof." Barrage does not have evidence because he is lying.

In another thread, in which he is trying to sell a different account, he says "...only serious bidders. There is no way I will fall for any scams such as fake middlemen, reversed paypal money...Claim and cancel will be used. No CC funded payments." He clearly knows what he's doing and has been around a while under other names. He knows enough to take advantage of somebody getting banned. When Snowboard-Ninja was banned he must have thought "Jackpot! Time to lie and blame it on the banned guy".

P.S. If you could, I request that you lock ""this thread"" to preserve evidence by making sure Barrage doesn't edit his posts. Also, I think "Kitri" should be added to the list of recovered accounts to not buy. If I have the opportunity I will still never sell the account because I know it could be recovered by a scammer.

Sry, just adding this extra part: After posting this thread I was informed that Barrage is a big time seller from G4HQ under another username. I would hope he gets IP banned, but then I guess it wouldn't matter since he would probably easily get past the IP ban.
