Paypal question

Okay So somone sent me $40.00 for an account but i just made the account so i didnt add phone number etc. all of a sudden they limit my account meaning i cant basically do anything. so i give them my SS #, My adress, i added credit card and everything but it is still limited. what should i do??


Plus paypal sent me $1.50 bonus check for what reason?

Well, if your account is still limited EVEN after you added your credit card you should probably make sure that your credit card has been validated. You can't use a fake one or your PayPal account would still be limited. As for the $1.50 bonus, it's probably their way of saying "Thanks for using PayPal".
