I'm looking for about $5-10 USD each. Yes, you'd have to pay for the shipping, it will probably cost less if you buy them all at once than each one separated. I'd have to ask the mail office.
I'm in Canada.

The books will be in a box with like newspapers to fill in the empty spaces to make sure it doesn't move on the way.

 

Have you found out how much is postage yet?

I'm taking that subject in uni =P!
