    The skiller must be level 3, and MUST have at least 1 99 skill. I would prefer it come with some money, and I would like there to be NO recoveries or bank pin, and I will want all info. I can offer a level 113/105 member with around 1.5m, or I can pay through mail if needed. Please post, or send me a PM.
