How is that avatar a Nazi symbol? The Swastika is actually a positive symbol in many ancient religions and has deep meaning. It wasn't until Hitler and the National Socialists that the symbol had a bad meaning. It's the same color as the swastika the Nazis used, but that's it. I don't think he should be demoted, But he should keep a professional manner as a Staff Member here at Sythe. If any member were to offend any staff they would be perma banned or severely infracted.
