Looking for Guide that can legitimately make 1m+ / hour.

Alright, I know there's a lot of guides out there that advertise 1m+ per hour, but most of them are utter crap that will only make 200k if you're lucky, or require a nonexistent amount of luck in the GE. So I'm looking for a foolproof method that can earn over 1m per hour. Preferably I'd like to make 2-3, but I know that may not be realistic.
