    Im getting confused
    Im new here on sythe and I am wondering if someone buys some one elses item for like $5
    Is these dollars paypal money or something like that?

    The payment option is completely up to the seller as you pay them directly. Most people use either Paypal, Western Union or pay by mail. Best of luck to you and remember to only trust well-known users.

    Yea people pay by mail, paypal, western union, or moneybookers, make sure to use an Official Middleman if you're new.
