Can anybody help? I have a serious problem.

UPDATE:

So my ex and her bestfriend hungout with my brother a few weeks ago.

My ex decided to come up to my room, alone. I was still sleeping. She woke me up and she was right in front of me. We talked for a few hours, then she left.

Ever since, we've been talking and hanging out.

And ever since then, I've been more active, This weekend I threw a party, and haven't played more then one hour of xbox this past week.

Still hasn't helped extremely, I'm still going to bed at 1-2am, but its not as bad as before, when I stayed up till 6-7am.

All in all though, getting up and out has made me a LOT happier. My depression is gone, thank god.

 

Try to get back in school?

i would say the ultimate goal is to get out of the house. just go to the local gym and work out or something. maybe go for walks. do something fun like maybe sign up for a bowling league or something. just keep your self active and not bored. when u exercise it helps you fall asleep also. good luck and keep us updated

 

First off, most of these are probably signs of stress. You need to work your problems out or nothing will be fixed. whatever is on your mind 24/7 is probably causing your problems. focus your mind somewhere else, instead of the computer or xbox, on something you enjoy. Work things out with your parents. goto alternative school. Hope things work out.

 

are you homeschooled? unless all that eating is making u fat..then its ok..just exercise and stay active..do something instead just chillin at home, working out ect can make u tired and u may sleep better

Yeah I'm on home study for the next few weeks until summer, then I go back to public school.

I've tried working out/exercising.

Eating a lot doesn't make me fat, I'm the same weight that I've been for the past year.

Still no solution to my problem.

 

You'll slowly get better, good thing to do is to do is let your laptop die and take the cords of your 360 and give them to someone your close with and tell them not to give them back till you do so many hours of exercising.

 

I'd reccomend alot of weed but if you're severely depressed it may not be the best idea, as you will get "addicted" more easily.

 

I'm broke, but I'm considering selling my Xbox 360 to get a nice growing set-up. But we'll see, I may have a few hundred coming in soon anyways.

 

By "expelled", do you by any chance mean "stopped doing heroin'? sounds like it.

If not, then do heroin. At least do something with your life as it seems you don't have a very bright future ahead.

well there is you problem. the solution is to have an outside force "motivating" ie. a suspended punishment to do such activities.

 

do the following,
first stop playing on your computer or Xbox360 chuck them out or somthing.
Second try to go to school with out having problems do your work and dont hang around with the odd people (hope you know what i mean).
Third GO TO THE F***** DOCTOR (no offence you should have thought about that).
And lastley go out and do exercise and play sports and if that makes you good might wanna tell me? msn: [email protected] for other idea's
oh and do better at school dont get into fights ect..

 

Pretty solid advice, if they have alternative schools around you that's your only option for school this year. If you go to school when your expelled i'm pretty sure in my state you get in trouble with the law.
