Wasn't using summoning.

121 CMB norm, 131 Summoning. GF was in lvl 4 wild.

He doesnt have a familiar with him does he? Therefor his doesnt get the combat level boost, if you knew anything about pvp worlds you would know that summoning doesnt affect your combat level in a pvp world unless you have a familiar with you.

does this mean it is possible to transfer through bounty hunter again
or is it generated Drops like pvp worlds?

 

if you killed your target its a lot more likely to get what he's using, but not certain

for example, i killed someone using around 40 diamond bolts (e) and i got 11 in the drop
