i need some advise [fast]

okay my mom is sleeping my dad went to work, yesterday i went down to the nurse and she took my tempature [100.7] well now today my head still hurts and my stomac and my throat. what should i drink and eat b.c im verry hungry and thirsty please and thanks for your help.

 

Drink water, and something small to eat eg. soup.

well my head is a little warm and my legs are cold

and i txted my dad he said to eat toast with little butter and no cinnamen
and to drink water

 

Maybe you're just dehydrated and adjusting to recent temperature/season changes around you?

Regardless listen to your dad eat some toast for a little energy the butter should line your stomach as well so you can handle more later on in the day. Water's always helpful you can also try 7up if you're feeling a little nauseated.

take bed rest you need it, you most likely have bad cold or entering stages of flu.

Drink orange juice/water, and if you're hungry eat Cambells chicken noodle soup it does wonders when you're sick.

Sounds to me like a case of swine flu. Panic.

 

First, for the stomach ginger ale is always good to drink and gargle salt water for your throat.

Second, Get extra sleep, and stay hydrated, keep cooled.

Third, if the problem persists, consult a doctor.

ive had bronchitis the past, ummmmmmm 4-5 months now. Not much to say except: get used to it lol. for upset stomach eat toast and crackers. try notto drink milk

i went to the docters b.c i had 105.9 fever thankfully i didnt get any hotter. but yes it was bronkidis and strep throught any advise about bronkidis? thanks for all the help you guys i really aprecheate it
