    RuneScape Cache Archiving! Please look!

PLEASE check your old pc's/pc backups for a RuneScape caches, which when you right click - properties says a date between those:
    18-Jun-2007 - 06-Aug-2007.
And upload and pm/post it here.
I'll create a server for it, and the person providing the cache decides whenever I can release or not.

The caches can be found if you go into "My Computer", then into the C:/ drive, or the "Local disk" drive, then find a folder called ".jagex_cache_32", go into it, into runescape, and right click the main_file_cache.idx2, to check the date.

When you upload the cache, find the folder ".jages_cache_32" again, and right click it - add to ".jagex_cache_32.rar", and upload it here: http://uppit.com

If it does not say anything aobut add to ".jagex_cache_32.rar", when download and install winrar here: http://www.rarsoft.com/rar/wrar380.exe

Help me achiving this, would you?

    Read my post.
Also if you really think the cache gets "updated" how come we have 194, 317, 377, 474, 481, 503, 508 etc caches? If you notice, we jump about 100 numbers between 194 and 317, and between 377 and 474, thats a huge RSPS mistake, and before someone throws out their old pc, they might want to check if they have this cache.
I can and will create a server for the caches I get, and I will release if the one providing the cache allows me to.

One day A RS server coder waked up, went to runescape.com saw a new important update and decided to take that cache all those numbers are just coincidence, some one that plays runescape at least once a week will have the latest cache, no matter if he started playing in 2001 and his carpet says cache 177 w/e it was in that time. Unless you find an old computer it will be kind of hard to get the cache, try rune-server some1 released original 317 cache there.

I know you moron..? THATS WHY I'M ASKING FOR SOMEONE WHICH DIDN'T PLAY SINCE THAT TIME@@@@ OBSV. USE YOUR HEAD.
And I'm tired of the same 317 servers, what I need is a cache, which was used while the client revisions were ~400-468.

Good point. I wanna create an old RS2 server, from when RuneScape was at its prime.

Michael, Tommi and I did this with a "459" cache, (July 2007), BUT unfortuantly, theres some broken code in the deob, and its sending some wrong packets.

Oh, okay I see. So this is the first step in making an Rs server? I'm not too familiar with this.

Edit* And thanks for the PM.

Well, yeah. Jagex provides us with the cache, and we either grap their client from the cache, or from eg. world1.runescape.com/runescape.jar.
Then we either deobfuscate it, or look at the client code with BCEL(or some other bytecode editor), and then we handle whatever the client wants.
