i fell off my motorbike today :(

First off like to say none of it was my fault, a minibus pulled out infront of me, the driver didnt check his mirrors, i tried to swerve to avoid it but i hit the front right side of the bus.

My bike is ruined, but my insurance will cover that, i'm just annoyed about having to wait a few months till its fixed.

THE MOST ANNOYING FUCKING PART. - after the impact i layed on the floor, he came over and said "get up i've got to be somewhere soon".

Some people just fucking don't deserve to drive.

Luckily i was wearing full leathers and protective gear, also it was through a town so i was only doing around 20mph. Could have been so much worse.

But it still really hurts: bad bruising

 

God yeah, I fell off a bike while speeding down hill one, ended with dislocated thumb, bruising, cuts and a sprained ankle

 

Why would your insurance cover it when it was his fault?

In an automobile wreck insurance money comes from the person at fault. If the person doesn't have automobile insurance then you are screwed unless you have full coverage. Most of the time you are required to get full coverage on a motorcycle, and if you have liability you get no money.

Unless things are different where you live I assume you don't live in the united states by using words such as "motorbike" "minibus".

Press charges, unsafe driving is one thing, but causing a crash is way out of hand. Especially with the "lol move" part. If some guy said that to me I'd fucking deck him.

Not always actually. There is a thing called "no fault insurance" where your insurance pays for the damages regardless of who is at fault. I live in Michigan; one of the states with no fault insurance.

Haha i broke my teeth once with bike -.- But now i fixed it for $200 .. from a proffesional dentist and now its better than original LOLOL
