Buying F2P Transfer Method

Requirements:
- no stat or quest requirements
- no starting cash requirements besides the money I want to transfer
- no stupid party room/BH methods
- I've only got about 2 - 2.5m to transfer from 2 different accounts onto a low level, so I want it done fast.

Payments:
- I might not be able to do Dollars payment so preferably I'd like to give accounts
- I'd give one account for the trade, your choice though.

Either:
- Level 89
- 73 attack
- 83 strength
- 53 defense
- 52 prayer
- 75 hitpoints
or
- Level 73
- 54 attack
- 64 strength
- 40 defense
- 82 range
- 44 prayer
- 76 magic
- 73 hitpoints

- Both rape wilderness.. I used to be a dedicated pker before I quit and now I just get bored sometimes so want to low level pk on my f2p accounts.
- The level 89 has done MM and has maybe 300k? worth of members stuff on it I don't care to pay 5$ to get rid of. And the level 73 has done DT.
