    job well done bro. whats it cost them for you NOT to be in that position>? lot more than 20 yearly.... i wouldn't budge much on that figure, and if they're stubborn going upward, its a great indicator that someone unwilling to look at the bigger picture is calling the shots. enjoy your weekend,,

    I've accepted the position in Washington DC. The offer matched the lower end of my salary needs, but it was a 10% increase over what they initially offered so that's good
