AFAIK, people found guilty of guide ripping are simply banned from the user education forum now.

I suggest the one month ban, then. He is was a mod yet he still did not know the rules. Teach him them.

 

He is only de-modded while the issue is being investigated.

He may be re-modded or temp banned as necessary. A decision has not been reached yet.

 

any admin or global, I would suggest he is banned for a month. The rules even say it.
